Drive Safety Review

Drive Safety, a post from JovDavid. Here she shares how driving easy can be easily said than done. Yep! She’s right! Most of us don’t care about other people and won’t listen to what they got to say. But please, take time and read it. If it’s about your safety, you should concern yourself about it.

So anyway, her brothers have been a victim of this driving accident and the main reason was, lack of visibility. Maybe you could include that poor eyesight for some people. Anyway, she recommended using xenon lights. With xenon lights everything is visible even in a far distance. If you have never tried using such thing why not give it a try?

Photo Manipulation Review

Check out Photo Manipulations by Rache of Rache Photography. Because of these days’ high tech gadgets, you never have to worry about developing the pictures you have just taken. You can always store them at your digital cameras. And, if you are bored of simple and plain pictures, photo manipulations are the best thing to do with them. Know Adobe Photoshop, it’s one of those big photos editing software out there. Better check it out. I just hope that she put some instruction on how she did those.

Working Shifts Review

Great, kids are smart nowadays. Don’t believe me. Check out Working Shifts, a post from Story of a Woman. Her little child knows when her time is, to play her favorite game on the computer. Isn’t it funny how a child would tell you to stop whatever you are doing because it is already her turn. Hahaha! What a witty child. And take note, she now know how to turn off a computer in her age. During my time, I was not able to do things like that. Of course, there’s not computer at all when I was small.

Rache The Teacher

Here we have a review about Rache’s post in Teacher Rachel. Have you seen the once in a lifetime phenomenon of how the star of Venus was seen above the moon? We’ll me, I have not seen it. A big disappointment for me. When I went outside, everything was gone. Anyway, it may be a co-incident or not, but this was the topics they were discussing and she also gave this homework about the moon’s changing pace in her students. She’s lucky. Right! I guess everything happens for a reason then!

Here we have Chuchie’s post called Get Back Onto The Road Of Independence. You see, this post is about freedom. Not just the freedom of speech and such but the freedom to enjoy life. Disabled people never find fun in home nowadays. Of course, they’ll see the same thing and same people and hear the same thing everytime. You can’t blame them if they mock in a corner. Anyway, transportation is the most common problem for them. An old granny in a wheel chair can’t go to a park if she need to cross a highway, a bridge and such but now, if we have this mobility transportation car from NMEDA she’s talking we can assure that she’ll enjoy her life to the fullest.

My Health Problem

Rache The Blogger

This is a post review from RacheBlog, My Health Problem. Rache just had this horrible experience for a teacher: one of her students was hospitalized and died. My mom was also a teacher. And actually, she did experience the same thing. But we are not talking about one life, we are talking here about three lives. This tragedy happened when she went to leave for a day and asked one of the teachers to take care of her students. And then, here goes the story. Her three pupils decided not to attend class because it was not their teacher who will teach them and went off to a near river. They played basketball and it was just a chance that the ball fell into the water. And you know the rest of the story. They all died. No one survived. Anyway, my mother thinks she walk the guilty of that crime but we helped her realize that it was not her fault at all. So I guess, relax, and chill out for a while.

We Need Custom Business Cards Review

My Thoughts, My Heart, My Turf

Now, I’ll make my first post review. So this review came from BarbieSturf’s post about We Need Custom Business Cards. I’ve never been a business woman in my life. Or maybe I have been when I was little, I guess. But this is what I can guarantee, I have been a customer. Customers like me have something to say in every product we encounter. We may like it or we may hate it. Anyway, this is where Business Cards came. In case people would like to give comments, suggestions, or reactions or anything of some sort, they would just have to get your business card and off they will contact you. Maybe you would think that people don’t do such, but believe me, you may not know it but people really use business cards.

iBlogaholic Review

0
So now, let’s review iBlogaholic.info. I have been visiting this site for weeks, hoping that one of these days, I’ll see this place again. Anyway, up until now, up until now, it is still down. The site was once owned by Sherry. The domain expired on the 24th of May this year.

Anyway, I learned that she won the domain from a contest she has taken part of last year. She was given eight month usage on domain and hosting. Aside from the domain that was given to her, the rest, like installation of the wordpress was done all by her. Also, the one who gave her the domain never transfer it to her so that means she does not fully owned the domain under Pinkhost hosting. We’ll it was not the first time she lost a domain. Her other blog called PinkyPosh which she also won from a contest was used by her for only a month and since then, she cannot access the site anymore. Then later on, her PinkyPosh blog turned out to be a jewelry blog and now the blogger who gave her the domain is missing.

Anyway, since I’m new here in blogging, and it’s the first time I learned all about these activities, I suggest you look first when would the domain which will be given to you will expire. I know there’s something called WHOIS lookup where you can look for the information you need for a certain domain. I bet that something like that was done by other people so they could snatch a domain name they want.

Story of a Woman

0

Story of A Woman is a blog owned by Mylene. Most of the contents of her place focus about her everyday’s life. So, I guess, the title of her blog tells what her blog is all about.

The layout of the blog is a simple one, net and clean. It has nice banner that stands out because of the solid background of the page. Most of the blogs I have seen contains ads and things like that but her blog does not contain anything similar to that. Her sidebar mostly contains widgets with relation to her archives or past posts, like her recent posts, tag clouds, categories and main archive area, which I believe, she did in order to lead her readers to her past entries. The best thing about her sidebar, in my opinion, is the revolving tag clouds. I find it entertaining on my part to play with it.

Her blog which is dedicated to her life contains entries mostly about her family, her husband and her child, Sciezka. Actually, her entry about them makes me feel her love for her family especially when she posted an entry about her daughter’s 3rd birthday wish. Some mothers would not grant their child’s wish but Mylene is one of those loving mother who would make sure to give what her daughter wants whatever happens. While reading “My Daughter’s 3rd Birthday”, I was felt so happy for her because I know that a daughter’s happiness is a mother’s happiness too. I hope they would have a great time together forever.

Rache Photography

0

Rache Photography is another one of the few blogs Rache have. Remember Rache Family, Rache Blog and Teacher Rache. Rache owns all of them. It’s so amazing how someone can be so active in blogging that she made a few more blogs to dedicate into something, like this one. This blog is all about, you know what, one of my favorite things in the world, photography.

Site’s Layout: At first, of course, you’ll see that the whole place is color yellow. I don’t hate this color, it’s just sometimes, there are those shades of yellow which can look brighter to one’s eye, and I think its color does not belong to the one I mentioned. But anyway, I like her banner. I think it’s a smiley picture holding a camera, right!

Site’s Content: Basically, the place contains things about photography. Rache posts pictures, manipulated photos, and things that happened to her in relation with photography at least and all of her post contains at least one image. Her entries are also categorize under Project 365, My World, Watery Wednesday, Outdoor Wednesday, Scenic Sunday and other more which I find user friendly to those who wants to view pictures in a certain category. Actually, the pictures she was posting were giving me inspiration to make something like those.
Suggestions: I believe she could have done something better in her sidebar. I think it is a bit at mess. “Recent Comments”, “Labels” and “Blog Archive” should be put on the sidebar and not on the bottom part for easier navigation.

Tech-Revive Review

0

Hello Peeps! We will review the three columned blog named Tech-Revive, another blog owned by Rache. So, we now know that every blog of Rache is dedicated to something. So, as the title says, this blog is devoted to gadgets, and technologies. And the site’s slogan is, “Reviving technologies in our lives…” and that’s what this blog is here for, created under this year, 2010, on the month of March.

The site’s main color is red. Just looking at the background makes me think about computers. The background reminds me of those datas I have seen in animes and movies, something related to those data being uploaded and such. Also, the side bar is complete with widgets for connecting with other bloggers here in the cyberworld such as Networked Blogs and Goggle Connect. One can also chat with her using Shoutmix, located somewhere in her sidebar. I guess Rache is being strict also in maintaining her blog because she has these statistic widgets to track out her blog’s performance. What could you expect to someone who owns a number of blogs?!

Anyway, as I mentioned, this blog which is devoted to technologies contains review about gadgets such as Camcorder, tips for maintaining your computer or laptop, site’s tools, and tools and softwares for computer like Photoshop. I may not be a techy gal but while reading her entries, I just felt like gadgets like them are cool. This site is highly recommended for all those who want to know trends and things about technologies and gadgets out there.

Pointers in Life Review

0

Want to know tips, tricks and things about business, finance and travel? Then, just hop in, in Pointers in Life. This blog is Rache’s place where she shares things which is all about Business, Finance and Travel.
So I guess most of us who have been in here in the cyberworld who knows Rache have known that she’s a pretty active girl in this world. Despite of being a wife and a mother, and of course, she also have her job in the real world, she always keep us updated. She have known to own six maintained and active site which we have all reviewed already. So anyway, let’s see what we have here in her place.
The site has three columns, as most of her blogs are. Basically, the layout features a desk—like figure, complete with coffee, pencils, an eraser, and scratches of paper, and take note that the main page for the contents of her blog looks like a pile of papers use in office works. Anyway, like most of her blogs, this place has these widgets used to connect people and bloggers with her place. This has also these site statistics widgets which will of course track her blog’s performance.
Notice that her posts also have these social buttons for facebook and twitter to share her entries to the world, if you like to. Her entries were also categorized making it easier for readers to be in the topic they want to read, may it be about Business and Finance or other things related with that.

Walk with Me

0

Walk with Me. I’m not asking you, I just want you to check out Walk with Me. This place is a personal blog which accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation like some of the blogs I have reviewed. Entries were categorized so I guess you’ll never get lose with the topic you want to read. Also, notice those posts recommendations, some of the blog have these widgets and I love these. These will let your topics alive, or in other words, visitors will get to see old topics since they are accessible now and easy to be seen.

Of course, a blog would not be complete without those widgets used to connect with others. Here we have Google Connect, a user-friendly gadget to keep readers updated with entries from this place. It also has this Cbox tagboard. Anyone can just drop any message and you’ll be sure that your tags would be replied soon. There are also site statistics widgets. I guess we all know this thing, it is used to track the blog’s performance, whether the place has gathered a lot of readers or people have visiting this place. It will also help the author to improve herself, knowing that people love your blog, any blog owner would have her spirit lifted out of joy.

Anyway, I would just like to tell everyone that I like the header. The slippers, I guess, symbolize what the blog is all about, and what the titles tells us. A place where you can just go with the flow of life.
